Vegetable Omelets

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 25g Carrots, Onion, Leeks, Cabbage (each)
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon LYMOL
  • Salt & Papper
  • 2 teaspoons Oil

Directions

Step 1
Cut all vegetables into small dice
Step 2
Beat the eggs until fluffy
Step 3
Sauté the vegetables for a few minutes
Step 4
Add LYMOL, salt and paper
Step 5
Pour in the beaten egg into the vegetable mixture and cook in slow fire for a few minutes each on both sides
Step 6
Serve as a side dish
