Chicken with a healthy twist

Chicken with Bean Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
  • 150g Chicken
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Onion
  • Parsley
  • 500g Beans Sprouts
  • 150ml Coconut Milk
  • 3 teaspoons Lymol
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Soya Sauce

Directions

Step 1
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the chicken on all sides.
Step 2
Add coconut milk and cook for some time.
Step 3
While the chicken is cooking in coconut milk add salt, garlic and onion
Step 4
Once the chicken is almost cook, add the beansprouts and cook
Step 5
Add some soya sauce and reduce the fire
Step 6
Add Lymol and if required add further seasoning to teats
Step 7
Serve with a Garnish of Parsley
