A snack with prawns

Prawns Pakora

  • 100g Prawns
  • 2 teaspoons Chili Powder
  • Mint Leaves
  • Coriander1
  • 1 teaspoon Tumaric Powder
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • 100ml Oil
  • 50g Chickpea Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Lymol
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Step 1
Season the prawns with mint leaves, chili powder, turmeric and salt and pepper
Step 2
Add Lymol to enhance the flavor
Step 3
In another bowl, add chick per powder, turmeric powder, salt and make a batter
Step 4
Now deep fry the prawns,
Step 5
In a another pan, add ginger garlic and sauté for few minutes
Step 6
Coriander to be add in to the sauté mixture, then toss in the fried prawns
Step 7
Mix in the tomato wedges and remove from fire
Step 8
Serve with a garnish of mint and coriander leaves
