 A spicy Calamari dish with vegetables

Calamari with Radish

  • 100g Calamari
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic
  • Curry Leaves
  • 4 Beans
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Radish
  • 1 teaspoon Lymol
  • Vegetable Stock
  • 4 teaspoons Tomato Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Soya Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Oil


Step 1
In pan sauté the curry leaves, onions and garlic for a few minutes in oil
Step 2
Now add the radish and cook in slow heat
Step 3
Then add the beans and cook for a few more minutes
Step 4
Add Calamari next
Step 5
Fallow with chili flakes, Lymol and season and pepper
Step 6
Once when the calamari is cooked, add soya and tomato sauce and remove the pan from the fire immediately
Step 7
Serve as a side dish for rice
