 A tasty side dish for rice, string hoppers or even with bread and hoppers

Kunisso Sambol

Prep time 5 minutes
Cook time 10 minutes

  • 200g Kunisso (small prawns)
  • Curry Leaves
  • 3 teaspoons Oil
  • 100g Chili Flakes
  • 100g Sugar
  • Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Lymol


Step 1
Heat oil in apan
Step 2
Sauté the kunisso for a while
Step 3
Now add curry leaves
Step 4
Add chili flakes and cook in slow fire
Step 5
Season with salt and sugar
Step 6
Now add Lymol and remove from fire
Step 7
Serve as a side dish
