A healthy fish dish

STEAMED WHOLE FISH

Ingredients

  • 150g Whole Fish
  • 2 Green Chilis
  • 2 Green Beens
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Green Cucumber
  • 2 Cabbage Leaves
  • 1 Tomato
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Lymol
  • 50g Butter

Directions

Step 1
Season the fish with salt, pepper and Lymol
Step 2
Now steam the fish for 12 minutes on a steamer
Step 3
Meanwhile grate the carrots, shred the cabbage, dice the cucumber and carrots, slice the onions and green chilies into a bowl and prepare a salad and set a side
Step 4
In a pan let the beans sauté in butter for a few minutes
Step 5
Remove the sautéed beans from the fire and mix in a little bit more butter
Step 6
Prepare a bed of salad, place the steamed fish and garnish with the sautéed beens
