Sautéed Garden Greens

Ingredients

  • 1 clove Garlic (sliced)
  • 1 Onion (sliced)
  • 1 Bok Choy (Chinese Cabbage)
  • 50g Button Mushrooms (cut in to four)
  • 1 Zucchini (cut into dice)
  • 2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Corn Flour
  • 100ml Vegetable Stock
  • 1 teaspoon Lymol
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

Step 1
Sauté the garlic and onion
Step 2
Add Zucchini and let it cook
Step 3
Now add the vegetable stock, the bok choy and the button and cook for a few minutes
Step 4
Add soy sauce and thicken with corn flour
Step 5
Season with salt, pepper and Lymol
Step 6
Serve as a side dish
