Prawn Fried Rice

Surrounded by the ocean, Sri Lanka is very famous for its seafood dishes. The natural flavor of Lymol goes very well with any seafood. Today we bring to you a spicy Prawn Rice flavored with Lymol.

Ingredients

  • 200g Basmati rice (Cooked.)
  • 100g Prawns (Peeled.)
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Paste (.)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Paste (.)
  • 1 teaspoon Oil (.)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chile pieces (.)
  • 1 Medium Carrot (Chopped.)
  • 1 bunch Spring Onion (.)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Lymol (.)
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil (.)
  • pinch Salt (.)
  • pinch Papper (.)

Directions

Step 1
Add the ginger and garlic paste to a heated pan and sauté for few seconds. .
Step 2
Add the prawns and saute for around 4 minutes until the prawns are cooked..
Step 3
Add spring onions and carrots and saute some more. .
Step 4
Add the basmati rice and mix well while frying for few minutes in medium heat..
Step 5
Add salt and pepper while mixing..
Step 6
Drizzle the flavorsome Lymol and sesame oil to the mixture last and serve hot. .
