Mango and mint Lassi

Ingredients

  • 2 Mangos
  • Mint Leaves
  • 50g Yoghurt or Curd
  • 1 teaspoon Lymol
  • 3 teaspoons Sugar
  • Ice Cubes

Directions

Step 1
Peel the mango and remove the seed and place the flesh in a blender
Step 2
Add the mint leaves
Step 3
Now add the sugar and Yoghurt or curd
Step 4
Add the Lymol
Step 5
Put in the ice
Step 6
Now blend in to a nice smooth drink
Step 7
Serve in a tall glass with a garnish of mint
