A quick and easy side dish with Cauliflower

Honey Lemon Crispy Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 100g Cauliflower
  • 1 teaspoon Corn Flour
  • 3 teaspoons All Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Lymol
  • 1 teaspoon Chopped Garlic
  • 2 teaspoons Chili Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Soya Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Rosted Sesame Seeds
  • 2 teaspoons Chopped Spring Onions
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Water
  • 100ml Oil

Directions

Step 1
Cut the cauliflower in to small pieces and blanch it
Step 2
In a bowl add flour, corn flour and water and make a thick batter and season with salt and papper
Step 3
Add the cauliflower into the batter and mix well
Step 4
Now deep fry the cauliflower in the hot oil
Step 5
In another pan, add some oil, and sauté the garlic
Step 6
Now add chili sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, honey and Lymol and combine well
Step 7
Add in the crispy fried cauliflower and the chopped spring onions into the sauce and toss it.
Step 8
Add the roasted sesame seeds and serve
