A healthy Chicken side dish with Garlic

Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

  • 200g Boanless Chicken
  • handful Sliced Garlic
  • handful Spring Onion
  • 200ml Chicken Stock
  • handful Diced Onions
  • Red Chili Past
  • 3 teaspoons Tomato sauces
  • 1 teaspoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Lymol
  • handful Black Olives
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

Step 1
Sauté the garlic in oil for a few minutes
Step 2
Now add the onions, chicken Strips and sauté further
Step 3
Add in the tomato sauce, chili past, olives and the chicken stock and cook
Step 4
Add corn flour and thicken the sauce if required
Step 5
Now season with salt, pepper and Lymol
Step 6
Add in the spring onions at the end
Step 7
Serve warm as a side dish
