A quick and easy crab dish to accompany your meal

CHILLI CRAB

Ingredients

  • 200g Crab
  • 1 Onion
  • Garlic
  • 1 Leek
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 teaspoons Soya Sauce
  • 3 teaspoons Chili Sauce
  • 50ml Vegitable Stock
  • Green Chilis
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Lymol

Directions

Step 1
Heat the oil and sauté the onions and garlic for a few minutes
Step 2
Add in the crab, mix well. Then add the stock and bring it to boil and cook until done
Step 3
Now mix in the whole green chilies and the chopped leeks
Step 4
Now add the soy sauce and the chili sauce and combine well
Step 5
Season with salt, pepper and Lymol
Step 6
Finally add in a spoon of sugar and the wedged tomatoes to bring in the sweet and sour flavor
Step 7
Serve warm
