A curry with fruit in it; an easy and healthy side dish for rice

Calamari Curry with Apple and Radish

Ingredients

  • 100g Calamari
  • 50g Radish Leaves
  • 1 Apple (Cut in to Segments)
  • 2 Green Chilis (Sliced)
  • 1 Onion (Sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustered Powder
  • 150ml Thick Coconut milk
  • Salt
  • Paper
  • 1 teaspoon LYMOL

Directions

Step 1
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions and green chilies for a few secounds
Step 2
Add salt, mustered, turmeric, coriander powder and mix well
Step 3
Now add the calamari to the pan and cook for a while
Step 4
Add the sliced apples and the coconut milk and cook further until done
Step 5
Finally add the radish leaves into the pan and cook for a few more minutes
Step 6
Remove the pan from the fire and add in the LYMOL and mix well
Step 7
Server with rice as a side dish
