Bread, Garlic & Ham Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 thin slices Bread (diced)
  • 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic (Thinly Sliced)
  • 25g Diced Chicken Ham
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Powder
  • 300ml Chicken Stock
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Lymol
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • handful Spring Onions

Directions

Step 1
Roast the diced bread in the oven for a few minutes or deep fry
Step 2
Sauté the garlic in olive oil for a few minutes
Step 3
Now add the diced chicken ham and sauté
Step 4
Add the paprika powder and mix well
Step 5
Now add the roasted bread
Step 6
Then add in the chicken stock and bring it to boil
Step 7
Season with salt, pepper and Lymol
Step 8
Reduce the heat and add the chopped spring onion
Step 9
Then poach the full egg in the soup
