A rich stew with prawns and quail eggs

Prawn & Quail Egg Stew

Ingredients

  • 100g Prawns
  • 5 Quail Eggs
  • 3 Green Beans
  • 1 Onion
  • Garlic
  • 1 Carrot
  • 50g Pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Past
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 2 teaspoons Oilve Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

Step 1
Dice the carrots, beans and pumpkin
Step 2
Sauté the onions and, garlic for a few minutes
Step 3
Add mustard past, turmeric powder and fallow the diced vegetables
Step 4
Season with salt, pepper and Lymol
Step 5
Now add the prawns and cook for a few minutes
Step 6
If required thicken the sauce with corn flour
Step 7
Mean while boil the eggs and remove the shells
Step 8
Plate the prawn mix and boiled quail eggs and serve as a side dish
