Ingredients
- 150g Whole Fish
- 2 Green Chilis
- 2 Green Beens
- 1 Onion
- 1 Green Cucumber
- 2 Cabbage Leaves
- 1 Tomato
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 teaspoons Lymol
- 50g Butter
Directions

Step 1

Season the fish with salt, pepper and Lymol |  |

Now steam the fish for 12 minutes on a steamer |  |

Meanwhile grate the carrots, shred the cabbage, dice the cucumber and carrots, slice the onions and green chilies into a bowl and prepare a salad and set a side |  |

In a pan let the beans sauté in butter for a few minutes |  |

Remove the sautéed beans from the fire and mix in a little bit more butter |  |

Prepare a bed of salad, place the steamed fish and garnish with the sautéed beens |  |
