Ingredients
- 50g Calamari
- Spinach
- 2 - 3 Green Beans
- 1 Large Tomato
- 1 stick Celery
- 5 tablespoons Cream
- Lymol
- 200ml Fish ot Calamari stock
- 2 teaspoons Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions

Step 1

Sauté the garlic & onion in olive oil |  |

Step 2

Now add the calamari, fish stock, Bean and tomatoes |  |
|
Step 3
|
|
Once the calamari is cooked add the cream |  |
|
Step 4
|
|
Then mix in the spinach and remove from the fire immediatly |  |
|
Step 5
|
|
Season with salt, pepper and Lymol |  |
|
Step 6
|
|
Serve hot |  |
