Amberalla is a tropical fruit which is used in Sri Lankan cooking. Amberella Soda is a refreshing drink on a hot summer day. It is also ideal as an appetizer Ingredient.

Ingredients

  • 100g Amberella (Peeled and cut.)
  • 3 tablespoons Sugar (.)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt (.)
  • 3 teaspoons Lymol (.)
  • 100ml Soda Water (.)
  • Ice Cubes (.)

Directions

Step 1
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend it well.
Step 2
Serve it chilled.
