Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 25g Carrots, Onion, Leeks, Cabbage (each)
- 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
- 1 teaspoon LYMOL
- Salt & Papper
- 2 teaspoons Oil
Directions

Step 1

| Cut all vegetables into small dice |

Step 2

| Beat the eggs until fluffy |
|
Step 3

|
Sauté the vegetables for a few minutes |  |

Add LYMOL, salt and paper |  |

Step 5

Pour in the beaten egg into the vegetable mixture and cook in slow fire for a few minutes each on both sides |  |
