Sri Lankan Style Chicken Gizzard

A low fat high protein side dish. Ideal as a bite.

Sri Lankan Style Chicken Gizzard

Ingredients

  • 100g Chicken Gizzard
  • Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Green Chilies
  • 1 Tomatoes
  • handful Spring Onion
  • handful Curry Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon LYMOL
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

Step 1
Sauté garlic & curry leaves in some oil
Step 2
Add the sliced chicken gizzard and sauté
Step 3
Add the spring onions, onions, green chilies, turmeric powder, chili flakes, salt and paper and cook for few minutes until the gizzard is done
Step 4
Finally add in the tomatoes and LYMOL
